Both parties were summoned for statements, during which the domestic helper stated that the issue had been resolved amicably through mutual consent and that she did not wish to pursue any legal action against the actress. A written agreement and a video statement from the maid have been officially recorded by the police. While Meera had initially filed a complaint accusing the maid of theft, she officially withdrew her application after recovering her belongings.
