KARACHI: A new western weather system is set to grip Sindh starting tomorrow, bringing chances of rain across the province, including Karachi, according to the Meteorological Department.
Regional Rain Forecast The Early Warning Center of the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted light to moderate rain accompanied by thunderstorms for several districts, including:
- Karachi Division, Jamshoro, and Dadu.
- Thatta, Sujawal, Hyderabad, Tando Muhammad Khan, and Tando Allahyar.
- Sanghar, Mirpurkhas, Umerkot, Naushahro Feroze, and Shaheed Benazirabad.
- Khairpur, Sukkur, Ghotki, Jacobabad, Larkana, Qambar Shahdadkot, and Shikarpur.
Impact on Karachi’s Weather Starting tomorrow, north-western winds from Balochistan will begin influencing the city’s weather pattern. This shift is expected to bring a significant drop in temperature.
By Friday, the minimum temperature in Karachi is expected to plunge between 7°C and 9°C, marking a chilling end to the week.
