KARACHI: Federal Minister for Interior, Mohsin Naqvi, conducted a surprise visit to the NADRA Mega Center located on University Road, Safoora, to review the facilities being provided to the citizens of the metropolis.
During his visit, the Interior Minister interacted with citizens who had come to the center for identity cards and other official documentation. He inquired about their experiences, the efficiency of the registration process, and the standard of facilities available at the center.

The visitors expressed high satisfaction with the services at the Safoora Mega Center. Citizens shared that they did not face unnecessary delays, their turns came swiftly on time, and the NADRA staff was highly cooperative and professional throughout the process.
Priority Services for Seniors and Women
Minister Mohsin Naqvi visited various operational counters within the facility, paying special attention to elderly citizens. After discussing their specific concerns, the Minister issued strict directives to the management to ensure that senior citizens and women are served on a priority basis.
Concluding his visit, the Interior Minister lauded the performance of the NADRA center’s in-charge and the staff for maintaining efficiency and a citizen-friendly environment.
