In a targeted operation against anti-social and illegal activities, the South District Police conducted raids at two separate locations in DHA, arresting a total of 16 individuals. The first action took place at a facility in Badar Commercial, Phase 5, where law enforcement apprehended eight individuals, including five men, two transgender persons, and one woman. In a similar follow-up operation in Muslim Commercial, Phase 6, the police took another eight suspects into custody, comprising four men, three transgender persons, and one woman.
Case files have been formally registered against all 16 suspects at the Darakhshan Police Station, and further legal proceedings alongside investigations are currently underway. Reaffirming their stance, the South District Police emphasized their unwavering commitment to eradicating crime and social evils, stating that strict, indiscriminate actions against such elements will continue.
