KARACHI – In a decisive move to ensure accountability within the force, Karachi Police Chief Azad Khan has issued orders to suspend 22 police officers and personnel, including six Station House Officers (SHOs) and three Head Moharrirs.
The suspended officials have been directed to report immediately to their respective police headquarters. According to the official notification, a departmental inquiry against the officers is already underway.

The Karachi Police Chief suspended the heads of six police stations across the city: Inspector Qamar Javed Kayani (SHO New Karachi), Inspector Malik Faisal Latif (SHO Mochko), Inspector Khalid Rafiq (SHO Madina Colony), Inspector Syed Farasat Hussain Shah (SHO Baldia), Inspector Nafees-ur-Rehman (SHO Ittehad Town), and Inspector Rizwan Qureshi (SHO New Karachi Industrial Area).
Administrative Staff and Other Personnel:
The suspension list also includes three Head Moharrirs: ASI Firdous Malik (Head Moharrir Baldia Town), ASI Abdul Majid (Head Moharrir Mochko), and Head Constable Hassan Aziz (Head Moharrir New Karachi).
Other personnel facing suspension include Inspector Ehsan Ahmed Channa (SSP Reserve District Keamari), ASI Abid Hussain (In-charge DIB Branch District Keamari), and several constables from Baldia Town, Madina Colony, Ittehad Town, and the Garden Police Headquarters.
