KARACHI: The exhumation of Mir Raza Ali, who was murdered in Karachi, has commenced under the supervision of a judicial magistrate, police surgeon, and a medical board. Workers broke open the sealed grave, and the medical board successfully exhumed the body to collect vital forensic samples and DNA specimens.
In addition to post-mortem sampling from the remains, authorities have decided to collect DNA samples from Mir Raza’s parents and sister for comprehensive genetic profiling and comparison. Once the necessary forensic procedures are completed, the body will be reburied at the cemetery.
