KARACHI: Renowned Pakistani actress and TV host Javeria Saud has left fans startled after sharing a personal, eerie experience involving a supernatural entity during a special Ramadan transmission on Express News.

During the broadcast, Javeria recalled an incident from a few years ago when Ramadan fell during the winter season. She explained that while she usually sits in I’tikaf when not hosting, she has a habit of playing Quranic recitations, specifically Surah Al-Baqarah, before sleeping.
“It was the night of the 12th or 13th of Ramadan. I woke up suddenly to find that I couldn’t move my hands or feet. Despite the freezing cold, I was drenched in sweat,” Javeria narrated.
An Unexplained Vision
The actress described a terrifying visual: she saw a figure that looked exactly like her, wearing the same scarf. When she tried to speak, she found herself paralyzed. According to Javeria, her “reflection” spoke to her in a deep, masculine voice, mentioning a name like ‘Sulaiman bin Dawood’ and asking, “I have been sent to you; tell me, what do you desire?”
Spiritual Intervention
Unable to vocalize, Javeria began reciting Surah Al-Falaq, Surah Al-Nas, and Ayat-ul-Kursi in her heart. After the third time the entity spoke, Javeria felt a sudden electric shock pass through her body and exit through her feet.
The reflection vanished instantly. Javeria got up, washed her face, performed ablution (Wudu), and went back to sleep, though she admits the mystery of that night remains unsolved to this day. While the story has gone viral, it has reignited discussions on social media regarding sleep paralysis versus supernatural encounters.
