KARACHI: A major development in the Mir Raza case has emerged as Dr. Osama presented crucial WhatsApp chat evidence to the investigative team, claiming that he informed Police Surgeon Dr. Samia about the initial post-mortem report on the very first day. According to sources, the chat logs from August 29 demonstrate that Dr. Osama kept Dr. Samia fully updated on the post-mortem details, and she initially approved the report before allegedly altering her stance publicly a few days later. Furthermore, Dr. Osama alleged that Dr. Samia signed the first page of the post-mortem report at a later stage and subsequently criticized the findings on media channels. To verify the authenticity of this digital evidence, law enforcement has decided to send Dr. Osama’s mobile phone to NCCIA for a formal forensic analysis.
