FIA Conducts Medical Screenings for Immigration Staff to Boost Performance

KARACHI: In a bid to enhance operational efficiency and prioritize employee well-being, the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has conducted a comprehensive medical examination for its immigration staff. According to a spokesperson for the FIA, the agency views the health and physical fitness of its officers as a top priority. The initiative is based on the principle that maintaining high standards of health is essential for the effective delivery of national services and the fulfillment of professional responsibilities.

A specialized medical team from (Ibn-e-Sina) Hospital carried out the detailed check-ups following an initial screening of the field unit staff. The primary goal of this initiative is to ensure that officers remain physically fit and energized, enabling them to perform their duties without interruption. This move is being hailed as a practical demonstration of the agency’s commitment to the welfare of its workforce.

The spokesperson further emphasized that such health assessments are vital for sustaining a high-performing environment within the immigration department, ensuring that the staff is fully capable of meeting the demands of their national duty.
