KARACHI: Karachi Police have obtained vital details regarding the prime suspect involved in the fatal hit-and-run accident on Sea View road, which resulted in the death of a car driver on May 14.
According to official documents, the central suspect has been identified as Noman Ali, a resident of Dera Murad Jamali, Balochistan.
Key Details Uncovered:
Investigative authorities recovered Excise Department Balochistan documents from the double-cabin vehicle involved in the crash. Furthermore, Noman Ali runs a transport business operating between Karachi and Balochistan. Police officials also revealed that the suspect’s brother was previously involved in a violent assault on a traffic warden in Quetta back in June 2024.
Police Action & Current Status:
The suspect has been at large since the incident. Karachi Police are currently conducting raids across various sectors of the city to apprehend him. However, intelligence tracking suggests that the suspect may have fled Karachi and is currently hiding out in Balochistan.
Further investigation is underway, and Balochistan authorities are being coordinated with to ensure the suspect’s swift arrest.
