KARACHI – Following the directives of Chairman Faqir Mohammad Lakho, the Board of Intermediate Education Karachi (BIEK) has officially released the results for the Intermediate Supplementary Examinations 2025 across all academic groups. Acting Controller of Examinations, Zarina Rashid, provided a detailed breakdown of the statistics, confirming the success of thousands of students in the Science, Commerce, and Arts streams.
In the Science Pre-Medical group, 5,099 candidates registered for the exams, with 4,820 appearing and 2,047 being declared successful. The Science Pre-Engineering group saw 4,748 registrations and 4,455 appearances, resulting in 2,285 passing candidates. For the Science General group, out of 4,220 registered students, 4,010 appeared in the exams and 2,244 successfully cleared them.
The Commerce stream also showed significant activity, where the Regular group recorded 8,305 registrations and 7,796 appearances, with 3,769 candidates passing. In the Commerce Private group, 478 students were registered, 432 appeared, and 207 passed. Similarly, in the Arts Regular group, 2,386 students registered, 2,206 appeared, and 1,229 were successful. Finally, in the Arts Private group, 756 candidates registered and 702 appeared, out of which 329 students were declared successful.
BIEK officials have congratulated the successful candidates on their achievements. They also encouraged those who did not pass this time to remain motivated and continue their academic efforts with renewed dedication in the future.
