KARACHI – The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted that cold and dry weather conditions will persist in the city over the next 24 hours. According to the latest advisory, winds are expected to blow from various directions at speeds ranging between 5 to 20 km/h. Residents should prepare for a continued chill, especially during the night and early morning hours.
Today’s minimum temperature was recorded at 11.5°C, while the maximum is expected to hover between 25°C and 27°C. Tomorrow’s minimum temperature is forecasted to stay between 10°C and 12°C, following yesterday’s maximum of 25.8°C.
The PMD noted that humidity levels over the next 24 hours are expected to fluctuate significantly, ranging from 20% to 70%. Earlier this morning, humidity was recorded at 60% with horizontal visibility measured at 4 kilometers.
Advisory for Citizens: Due to the dry winds and dropping temperatures, citizens are advised to wear light woolen clothes and stay hydrated to protect themselves from the dry weather.
