KARACHI – The Government of Sindh has officially announced a public holiday for all educational institutions across the province in observance of Shab-e-Meraj.
Notification Issued According to a formal notification released by the provincial education department, all private and government schools and colleges will remain closed on Saturday, January 17, 2026.
Religious Observance The decision has been taken to allow students and staff to participate in the religious observances and special prayers held on the occasion of the 27th of Rajab.
